Performance Reviews
We believe in constantly striving to improve ourselves and our processes. As open communication is the foundation to all good relationships, we believe in regular performance reviews.
Quarterly, each team member will have the opportunity to perform a self assessment. The office manger and/or doctor will sit down with each team member to review the assessment, past goals, job specific duties and proficiencies, and set goals for the coming period.
During the performance review personal goals, proficiencies, monthly checklists, and praise and critique forms will be reviewed. Raises will automatically be considered during the semi-annual review. Occasionally we may perform 360 evaluations, which is where everyone evaluates everyone anonymously.
Team members should feel comfortable working with the office manager but should also feel welcome to talk with any doctor as the need arises. The office manager will review all results with the doctors.
