Team Member’s Benefits

  • Paid Time Off: every 36 hours you work you earn 2.6 hrs PTO. Equivalent to $1.08 raise, or 18 days a year. (Maybe capped at 2 weeks, can only use for regularly scheduled hrs ie sick, personal, or vacation days), can’t be used as overtime pay, and cannot be cashed out.
  • Health Insurance: Team members working 30+ hours per week are eligible for health insurance benefits. Little Chompers contributes toward the cost of coverage, with plan details provided during onboarding and open enrollment.
  • We pay for an initial set of scrubs and dental jacket (5 shirts + 3 scrub pants+ 1 jacket) and each subsequent year will have an allowance of 2 more for replacements.
  • We pay $20 for each book we decide to read as a team. Office Managers are also encouraged to read Doctor Required material.
  • After a year of employment employee can enroll in the company’s 401K program.
  • If employee has dental work that needs to be completed, and can be done by a provider it can be scheduled and completed. If employee has insurance it will be charged, but no co-pay will be charged.

    • These are only guidelines, doctors can vary with a initialed note “per Dr. K…”
  • Any team member looking for another job, on probation, or has given notice: can no longer use, or accrue any bonuses, benefits, PTO, profit sharing, etc… beyond regular base pay.
