Individual Bonus
There are many team members who truly go the extra mile to help the team and our patients. The individual bonus is a way to help reward extra hard work and dedication.
- $5 for same day treatment ($5 for who schedules it. Scheduler must create a new checklist for this to be recorded. This also works for treatment on TP’s that is added to existing appt. Just enter your name on the Doctor Checklist and front desk manager will keep tally up front. This is only good for treatment like: limited exams, sealants, fillings, NOT: x-rays and post ops)
- We pay $5 for each family reactivated in the Recall Program Calls (Record names on Recall Form and Office manager will tally at end of month; they must have had recall status that was red)
We pay $10 for each Payment Plan Created and 1st Payment taken. Some times a Hygienist or Assistant will share this with the Front Desk if they work together to get the patient setup. The front desk manual records this on clipboard keep up front.
