Raises & Pay
Raises are done on a semi-annual basis as part of regular performance reviews.
Raises are based off of: Performance Review, inflation, monthly checklist turned in, etc
However, the majority of compensation improvements should come through our Profit Sharing Plan as this ties us together as a team.
Average ranges for positions are below along with value of respective benefits:
- Assistants: $12-18
- Front Desk: $12-18
- Office Managers: $16-20
- Team bonus $1-4 an hour
- Individual bonus $5-10 per item
- Paid Time Off = +$1.08 equivalent hourly pay
- Cost of Living=+ $1.02 equivalent hourly pay
