Raises & Pay

Raises are done on a semi-annual basis as part of regular performance reviews.

Raises are based off of: Performance Review, inflation, monthly checklist turned in, etc

However, the majority of compensation improvements should come through our Profit Sharing Plan as this ties us together as a team.

Average ranges for positions are below along with value of respective benefits:

  • Assistants: $12-18
  • Front Desk: $12-18
  • Office Managers: $16-20
  • Team bonus $1-4 an hour
  • Individual bonus $5-10 per item
  • Paid Time Off = +$1.08 equivalent hourly pay
  • Cost of Living=+ $1.02 equivalent hourly pay
