Missed Appointment Policies
- If they cancel within 24 hours of appointment, they will be charged a $75 fee. (we call with 48 hour notice)
- For a family scheduling multiple appointments, the $75 fee applies to each appointment.
- HOWEVER, if they reschedule to a different time today or tommorow they don’t get charged a fee or if there are no openings today or tomorrow to offer say: “for you this time we won’t charge”.
- Each person can have one freebee per 12 months at team member’s digression.
- If patient cancels immediately, add pt to Follow-up or ASAP list
