Hours of Operations & After Hours Pay
Little Chompers Pediatric Dentistry follows a work schedule of 36 hours per week.
The normal work week for Leavenworth is as follows:
- Monday and Wednesday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Tuesday and Thursday 7:20AM to 7:00 PM
- Friday 8:00AM to 12:00PM
The normal work week for North Kansas City is as follows:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00AM to 5:00PM
- Tuesday 1:00PM to 7:00 PM
- Friday 8:00AM to 12:00PM
Hourly administrative employees are expected to clock in 15 minutes before opening but no earlier unless previously approved by the office manager and are considered late if not clocked in by
- 7:45 Monday, Wednesday and Friday
- 7:05 Tuesday and Thursday or 12:45 Tuesday/Thursday.
Your supervisor or manager may establish alternative hours. All employees are required to clock in and out on the company time clock when starting and stopping work
If team members come in after hours to help a doctor with an after hours patient they clock in and will also be given an additional $30 bonus. If a doctor takes on a patient that goes more then 30-40+ minutes after hours, the team member(s) who the doctor approves to stays can also receive the $30 bonus. Just send a task to a manager for bonus to be added to next paycheck.
Monthly Team Meetings will be scheduled during the lunch hour.
