Confirmations

  • One day before all hygiene appointments and two days before all operative appointments, we personally call each unconfirmed family.
  • 48 hours, and 2 hours before every appointment, we send an email/text reminder to the guarantor.
  • If at any point the patient TMFSkNi’s us, be sure to take the time to make a note so we don’t bother the patient.

Recall for Cleanings

  • Assistants are responsible to schedule recall appts at time of cleaning
  • If a patient hasn’t scheduled, Dental Intelligence sends a text 2 weeks before the recall due date; then 3 more times every 4 weeks, alternating email and text, unless appointment is scheduled first.
  • Once the due date arrives, the team has the responsibility of personally calling the patient by working follow up tasks in Dental Intelligence. Detailed instructions for these calls can be found by clicking here.
