TMFSkNi
TMFSkNi is an acronym that represents typical reasons or concerns our patients have for not scheduling with us. We have the responsibility to LISTEN and to try to identify these concerns in all of our interactions with patients. After first listening to the patient, we then tailor our message to them and their concerns so that will be PREPARED. We then COMMIT them by inviting them to “reach stable oral health”. If they still show concerns, we cycle back through the process by listening again and trying to identify/resolve their concerns.
