The ONLY things allowed in pop ups 🙂
- Missing Tooth Clause (if you TP something hopefully someone will catch if a big thing is not covered)
- Allergy
- How to pronounce a pt name
- “Do not schedule until…”
- Uncollectable balance – once pt has Hx of collections this popup stays on family forever
Reasoning
- These are things that everyone who sees the pt would need to know right away without having to dig deep into their chart.
- If too many things are included, then we will stop reading them and they will loose effectiveness.
- Every person has the responsibility to read every popup and clean them out as necessary.
