- Offer two specific, soonest, options that fit their request.
- “To confirm, that will be on Monday at 4:30 with Dr Smith…” This is the first time they hear who it is with. If they express a desire to see someone specific, then simply accommodate them.
Exceptions: Large cases involving implants, dentures, ortho, or crown seats- unless this inconveniences the patient.
