Exceptions
- All foster children with Medicaid get 100% of co-pays written off as a charity adjustment.
- Any work paid for by a Church gets 60% off of the standard fee as a “Service” adjustment.
- We offer “Cobra” to all patietns. If patient loses their job, change ins setup to 0% so they get writeoffs still. Set termination date to 6 months ahead
Free Comprehensive Exam and X-rays
- You can offer this to anyone
- Only one per lifetime!
- Logic: Once they are here, they will never leave (free consult, 2nd opinion).
- However, if they have insurance we will bill it!
Sports Guards
- Please offer to any patient even without a coupon.
- Offer to any non-patient as a way to get them into our office.
- Logic: It shows that we care about teeth. a free “Value Added” service for our patients is a good way to support local sports, schools, extracurricular activities and is a great way to give back to our community. It is okay to make a 2nd if they need it.
Price Matching
- Bring anyone’s coupon in and we will match it, We don’t want patients leaving us.
- Patients need to bring in the coupon and it must be for a similar product.
- Logic: We can do it cheaper than another office can and we want to have the business.
