About Share a Smile
Our Share a Smile program is easy – just give our “Share a Smile” card to anyone you know who may need a pediatric dentist. When they choose Little Chompers Pediatric Dentistry for their care and present the card, your name will be instantly entered into our drawing for fun prizes!
What Qualifies as a “Referral”?
A “referral” is a patient from a family who is not currently an existing patient of Little Chompers Pediatric Dentistry.
How will Rewards be distributed?
Each month, we check our new patient list for referred patients that have been seen in our office. Each referral you have sent during that month will be an entry into our monthly drawing for a fun prize! Prize winners will be contacted by phone and announced on our Facebook Page.
