Scripts for Scheduling Recall
Principles
- NEVER use word “Recall”
- Don’t use verbiage asking “IF”they want to schedule, only use language ASSUMING they want to schedule. (No wet noodles here:)
- If they say no, you CAN NOT give up right there. You must try once to TMSKINI and/or explain how our reminders work and or free cancelation policy
- Reminder time line. 4-6 weeks before appt they email and text reminder. 2 days before they get email and text reminder, 1 day before we personally call. (Postcards are only sent if they have no email listed.
- ANY CONFUSION with recall appointments error on side of pt and GIVE THEM FREEBEE. They must FEEL SAFE scheduling these

- “Does this day of week and time work to schedule your next cleaning?”
- “I want to see you myself for your next cleaning so let schedule…”
- “The good times fill up months in advance so let schedule you today…”
- I want to make sure we keep an eye of these things we are watching to let schedule now so time doesn’t get a way from us”
- “We will guarantee 150% of what we do not mater the problem or cause if you keep 6 month cleanings”
